I’ve been buying everstart and just replacing them every four years as part of maintenance. I never thought to check with local Toyota dealer. Sounds like a better built battery.

Batteries are a scam. Commercial customers at certain store get gold batteries for 80-120. But they are sold for 215-245. Some people can price match—and when you play with the pricing you get as low as $35 which is still above cost. That’s a fact!! Clarios batteries: AAP. Walmart. Autozone.
3 days ago i bought everstart platinum for 180 plus tax at walmart i do looked around like autozone , oriely pepboys costco geeezzz and their warranty not i mean compared to walmart platinum got me 4 years replacement warranty.. built quality battery mine is made in skorea im happy and i see the difference .. well 200 price of battery for my car deserved the best coz for the past 3 n half years gave me no issues drive from point a to b without any problem so factory battery of my car last me 3 years and 4 months still cranks but weak so its about time to replasce, and the warranty is 4 years replacement for everstart platinum ..
